You must submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, driver's license, or voter's ID) and a recent selfie upon request. Withdrawal functionality will be restricted until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.4 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph3 login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. winph3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering: winph3 is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. winph3 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Funds deposited into winph3 must originate from legitimate sources owned by the account holder.

11.4 winph3's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms and the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user to their winph3 account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 winph3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where:
12.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, winph3 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where fraud or material breach is confirmed, all balances including real-money funds, bonuses, and pending winnings may be forfeited.
